"Hi! I am Helen. Thank you for being here.

I love moving. In fact, I process my life through movement. I work through big emotions and life challenges with exercise and physical activity. Often, societal expectations have shut me down and not made space for me to do this. Now it is time to open up and share this untapped tool - exercise can help us process the day."

Things to know about me:

  • I am a busy mum, so exercises need to be engaging (otherwise, I don't do them!).

  • I have a health issue that requires me to adapt my exercise to fit with how I feel.

  • I have a lifetime of experience moving: dance, rock climbing, kung fu, yoga, cross-country and fell running, trekking and hiking, pole sport, swimming, hockey, netball, football, badminton, and mountain biking...the list could go on!
